Profimax VIP Interactive -Video Info Point Interactive

The Profimax SV VIP (Video Info Point) client is an advanced application, written in Linux, explicitly developed in order to support in an organic, automatic and secure way the distribution of the information and communication in the store.

The VIP can be installed in different HW configurations, choosing the most adapt to the specific customer needs and to the interactivity level aspired between the staff and the consumer in the store.

PVIP Interactive is positioned in “hot areas” of the store, such as close to the most sold products and/or in the operative zone of the staff in order to better interact with the customers.

Through a barcode leader based on the IMAGER technology and the touch screen interaction, PVIP Interactive becomes an extremely flexible solution for the growin demands of service and communication towards the customer.
Thanks to the configuration through a WEB interface or the centralized control of the VIP module server, it is possible to obtain different functionalities such as :

- Automatic creation, distribution and visualization of promotions and leaflet offers;

- Visualization of specific text messages supporting the marketing communication;

- Price and specific information of the item (data sheet included) check;

- Consumer information check (fidelity points, gifts..)

- Visualization of the store’s cameras provided with IP standard video flow.

- Operations of matching and checking of the labels;

- Immediate print of commercial posters, collectable from the printer and ready to be put near the product;

- HRM (Human Resource Management) in order to collect data concerning the activities of the staff;

- Visualization of popup messages in Push modality for some or all PVIP present in the store.

The information about the article “on demand” in customer service, the distribution of the communication of promotions and offers automatically created and synchronized with the electronic labels and the checkouts,the research and the selection of the product through the choice of specific characteristic (for example the selection of the best wine) , the support for the staff for the logistic activities in the store, are all characteristics which make PVIP interactive a unique solution, compact and efficient that enables a considerable saving of time, facilitating the daily activity of the staff.
